A typical Unplug & Recharge class takes 60 minutes. Move through some easy postures with an objective of stretching and cultivate breathing awareness. We will then work on enjoying and strengthening good breathing habits through diaphragmatic breathing. The objective is to learn to cultivate a diaphragmatic breath, which is also comfortable, smooth, silent, rhythmic, continuous, deep and slow. We will also explore different processes of relaxation.
